Deserts

When in the desert, it is better to be fully clothed than to have exposed skin. Clothing helps to slowdown the evaporation of body fluids and helps cool your body.

Desert nights can be very cold, even in the summer.  Make sure to wear layers of clothing for maximum comfort.
