Food

Short trip or long excursion, you'll need to pack food.  If food is not handled and stored properly, food borne illnesses can occur.  Keep your group happy and safe during the trip by remembering to:

  • Keep hot food hot and cold food cold.
  • Be clean when preparing, eating and storing food.
  • Wash/clean hands, utensils, pots when using.
  • Handle meat correctly.
  • Make sure your drinking water is safe to consume.
