Primitive
Families who enjoy primitive camping usually use a designated campground with a tent sent up in a central location. These tents are bigger than backpacking tents and are set up only once for the extension of the entire camping trip. Campgrounds range in luxuries from simple latrines to restrooms with showers and even camp stores.
